মধ্য চীনের হুবেই প্রদেশের রাজধানী উহান শহর কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা (এআই) শিল্পের স্টার্টআপগুলোর বিকাশে সহায়তা করতে একাধিক বিশেষ ক্লাস্টার গড়ে তুলছে। এসব ক্লাস্টারের মাধ্যমে নতুন উদ্যোক্তারা একসঙ্গে কাজ করার পাশাপাশি পারস্পরিক সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে দ্রুত এগিয়ে যাওয়ার সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন।
এখন পর্যন্ত হুবেই প্রদেশের এআই খাতের শিল্পের আকার ১৬০ বিলিয়ন ইউয়ান ছাড়িয়ে গেছে।
উহানের তোংহু নিউ টেকনোলজি ডেভেলপমেন্ট জোন, যা ‘অপটিক্স ভ্যালি’ নামেও পরিচিত, এই ধরনের একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ক্লাস্টার।
এআই স্টার্টআপ প্রতিষ্ঠান লিংগিন টেকনোলজি মাত্র আট মাস আগে এই কমিউনিটিতে যোগ দেয়। এরই মধ্যে প্রতিষ্ঠানটির কর্মী সংখ্যা দুই থেকে বেড়ে আটজনে পৌঁছেছে এবং তাদের ব্যবসার পরিধিও সম্প্রসারিত হয়ে ডিভাইসের গবেষণা ও উন্নয়ন পর্যন্ত বিস্তৃত হয়েছে।
এই কমিউনিটিতে একেকটি কোম্পানি একে অপরের সরবরাহ শৃঙ্খল বা প্রযুক্তিগত ইকোসিস্টেমের অংশ হিসেবে কাজ করছে, ফলে সহযোগিতা ও প্রযুক্তি বিনিময় সহজ হচ্ছে।

Wuhan’s startup community helps AI firms grow together
Wuhan, the capital city of central China's Hubei Province, has been creating several clusters for entrepreneurs, where startups in AI industry can develop collectively.
So far, the industry size of Hubei Province's AI sector has surpassed 160 billion yuan (about 22.5 billion U.S. dollars).
Wuhan's Donghu New Technology Development Zone, also known as the Optics Valley, is one of such clusters.
AI startup, Lingine Technology Co., Ltd., just moved to this community eight months ago, Not only does its number of employees have increased from two to eight, but also its business scale has expanded to research and development of intelligent devices.
"The government not only provides the office to us for free, but also offers financial support, such as interest-free loan. These measures are great encouragement for startups like us," said Zhang Ao, founder of Lingine Technology Co., Ltd.
In this community, the neighboring companies are the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.
Back in February, when Zhang's firm encountered an obstacle on agent frame, another startup, just 10 meters away from them, unreservedly provided them with underlying technical support.
"The biggest advantage to start a company in such an environment is that all the enterprises can help each other and grow together," Zhang said.
"When the companies of these young generations grow big enough to go beyond here, they will also recruit more employees," said Ye Wanqi, deputy director of Optics Valley's AI+ office.
