চীন আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে এই এআই চলচ্চিত্র উৎসবের অংশীদার হয়েছে। এর মধ্য দিয়ে এআই চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণ এবং ডিজিটাল সৃজনশীল শিল্পে চীন ও কাজাখস্তানের দ্বিপাক্ষিক সহযোগিতার নতুন অধ্যায়ের সূচনা হয়েছে।
এআই চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণে বিশ্বসেরা হওয়ার লক্ষ্য নিয়ে ‘আস্তানা এআই চলচ্চিত্র উৎসব’ এক মিলিয়ন মার্কিন ডলারের পুরস্কার ঘোষণা করেছে।
আস্তানা এআই চলচ্চিত্র উৎসবের সহ-প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও পরিচালনা পর্ষদের চেয়ারম্যান আলমাস চালি বলেন, পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণকে সমর্থন করতে তিনি বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তের চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাতাদের একত্র করে একটি সৃজনশীল সম্প্রদায় গড়ে তুলতে চান।
"প্রথমটি হলো একটি কমিউনিটি গড়ে তোলা, সকল স্রষ্টাকে খুঁজে বের করা এবং এর আঙ্গিক নির্ধারণ করা। আমি সারা বিশ্বের সৃজনশীল মানুষদের কাজাখস্তানের এই এক ঘরে একত্রিত করতে চাই, তাদের প্রাপ্য মঞ্চটি দিতে চাই এবং পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাতাদের জন্য একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম তৈরি করতে চাই। এবং আমি আশা করি যে আমাদের দেশ এমন একটি মঞ্চ হয়ে উঠতে পারবে। আমরা চেয়েছিলাম পুরস্কারটির একটি সত্যিকারের সৃজনশীল তাৎপর্য থাকুক, যা একজন স্রষ্টাকে তার পরবর্তী কাজ তৈরির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সুযোগ করে দেবে; হতে পারে তা হবে প্রোডাকশন স্টার্টআপ বা এমন কোনো সৃজনশীল সংস্থা যেখানে এআই শিল্পের সঙ্গে আরও বেশি মানুষ যুক্ত হবে।"
চলতি বছরের জুনে ‘আস্তানা এআই চলচ্চিত্র উৎসব’ বেইজিংয়ে একটি প্রচারমূলক অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করে। এর লক্ষ্য ছিল এআই চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণ এবং ডিজিটাল সৃজনশীল খাতে চীনা ও কাজাখ নির্মাতাদের আরও কাছাকাছি নিয়ে আসা।
বেইজিং চংকুয়ানচুন থোংলি প্রযুক্তি সেবা কোম্পানির নির্বাহী উপ-মহাব্যবস্থাপক ছেন সিয়াওহান তুলে ধরেন চলচ্চিত্রে এআই’য়ের গুরুত্ব।
"শিল্পের দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে, এআই চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণে সহযোগিতা ডিজিটাল বিভাজন দূর করার একটি দুর্দান্ত উপায়। আমাদের জাতীয় প্রযুক্তিগত সম্পদকে কাজে লাগিয়ে, আমরা আরও বেশি তরুণকে ডিজিটাল সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহারে প্রশিক্ষণ দিচ্ছি, যা উৎপাদনশীলতা বাড়াতে এবং অর্থনৈতিক মূল্য তৈরি করতে সাহায্য করবে।"
ভবিষ্যতে বেইজিং ও আস্তানা এআই চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণে উদ্ভাবন এবং উচ্চমানের প্রবৃদ্ধি অব্যাহত রাখতে স্থানীয় ডিজিটাল কেন্দ্রগুলো ব্যবহার করবে।

China joins forces with Kazakhstan for inaugural AI Film Festival
Kazakhstan's first international film festival dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI), the Astana AI Film Festival, will be held this October.
China has officially become a partner of the AI film festival, marking a new chapter in bilateral cooperation on AI filmmaking and the digital creative industry.
Looking to become a global leader in the AI filmmaking business, the Astana AI Film Festival is putting up a one-million-dollar prize pool.
Almas Zhali, co-founder and chairman of the Board of Astana AI Film Festival, said he aims to build a creative community bringing global filmmakers together to support the next generation of film production.
"The first is building the community, discovering all the authors and defining the form. I want to bring creatives from all over the world in one room here in Kazakhstan, give them the stage they deserve, and create a platform for the next generation of cinema makers. And I hope that our country can become such a stage. We wanted the prize to have a real creative consequence, to give an author the resource to make what comes next, maybe that will be production startups or some creative companies more people integrated with the AI industry,” he said.
This June, the Astana AI Film Festival held a promotion event in Beijing, with the goal of bringing Chinese and Kazakh creators closer together in AI filmmaking and the digital creative sectors.
"Cooperation in AI filmmaking is a great way to bridge the digital divide from an industry perspective. By leveraging our national technological resources, we are training more young people to use digital tools to boost productivity and generate economic value," said Chen Xiaohan, executive deputy general manager of Beijing Zhongguancun Tongli Technology Service Company.
Moving forward, Beijing and Astana will use local digital hubs to keep driving innovation and high-quality growth in AI filmmaking.
