মার্চ ৫, সিএমজি বাংলা ডেস্ক: চীনের মৌলিক স্বার্থ এবং জনগণের চাহিদাকে কেন্দ্র করে চীনা গণরাজনৈতিক পরামর্শ সম্মেলনের জাতীয় কমিটি ২০২৫ সালে ৯৮টি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরামর্শ ও আলোচনা কার্যক্রম আয়োজন করেছে। এসব কার্যক্রম পার্টি ও দেশের জন্য আরও সুষ্ঠু ও গণতান্ত্রিক সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণে সহায়তা করেছে। গণরাজনৈতিক পরামর্শ সম্মেলন চীনের কমিউনিস্ট পার্টির নেতৃত্বে বহুদলীয় সহযোগিতা এবং রাজনৈতিক পরামর্শ ব্যবস্থায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে। এর সদস্যরা বিভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক দল, জনসংগঠন, দলীয় সম্পর্কহীন ব্যক্তিত্ব এবং সমাজের বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্র থেকে নির্বাচিত হন। এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধান কাজ হলো রাজনৈতিক পরামর্শ প্রদান, গণতান্ত্রিক তত্ত্বাবধান এবং রাষ্ট্রীয় বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা ও অংশগ্রহণ করা। ২০২৫ সালে জাতীয় কমিটি মোট ৬৬টি মাঠ জরিপ পরিচালনা করে। এর ধারাবাহিকতায় গত এক বছরে পাঁচ হাজারেরও বেশি প্রস্তাব প্রক্রিয়াকরণের জন্য গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে এবং অনেক মতামত ও পরামর্শ সংশ্লিষ্ট নীতি নথিতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়েছে। ২০২৫ সালে জাতীয় রাজনৈতিক উপদেষ্টারা চতুর্দশ পঞ্চবার্ষিক পরিকল্পনা (২০২১–২০২৫) বাস্তবায়ন নিয়ে ১০টি গণতান্ত্রিক তদারকি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করেন এবং এ বিষয়ে ১০টি প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করেন। জেনিফার/ফয়সল তথ্য ও ছবি: সিসিটিভি National political advisors aim to deliver real benefits for people- Centering its work on China's most fundamental interests and the people's needs, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) organized 98 important consultation and deliberation activities in 2025, which better served sound and democratic decision-making by the Party and the country. The CPPCC plays vital roles in multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Its members are drawn from political parties, people's organizations, personages without party affiliation and various sectors of society. The main functions of the CPPCC's national committee are political consultation, democratic oversight, and participation in and deliberation of state affairs. In 2025, the CPPCC National Committee organized 66 field surveys with concrete subjects, which provided strong support for smooth implementation of significant consultation and deliberation activities, including two special deliberation meetings of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, two consultative meetings on specific subjects, 17 biweekly consultation meetings and remote consultation meetings, and 10 briefings on issues of major concerns. "In 2025, the CPPCC National Committee's Special Committee on Education, Science, Health and Sports focused on problems that are of strategic, forward-looking and overarching importance, leveraged the expertise of many members who are experts, renowned specialists and masters from various sectors, carried out in-depth surveys and studies on subjects including using artificial intelligence technology to better serve the efforts targeting the global frontiers of science and technology, the development of the economy, the major needs of the country, and the health and safety of the people. Our special committee also held consultation and deliberation activities such as a consultative meeting on the theme of 'Driving Development of New Quality Productive Forces through Sci-tech Innovation'. In 2025, the national political advisors conducted 10 democratic oversights on implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) and formed 10 reports. "I have joined two democratic oversight groups organized by the CPPCC National Committee to do surveys in Gansu and Xinjiang on key desertification control projects for the national shelterbelt program in northeast, north, and northwest China. Grassroots practices made me deeply realize the fact that, to transform written proposals into policy implementations, we need to accurately identify the problems and scientifically put forward the proposals, and pay close attention to the promotion of ideas and relevant technical services, so as to place emphasis on the effectiveness in performing duties," said political advisor Cui Lijuan. "As a CPPCC National Committee member working on the front line of a border area, I have always believed that performing duties for the people means making concrete field investigations. We not only make proposals but also participate in their implementations, which forms a closed-loop involving the making and handling of proposals, as well as seeking feedback from and optimization for the proposals, so that our duty fulfillments truly serve the people and yield real results for them," said political advisor Liu Qifang.
