জানুয়ারি ২৯, সিএমজি বাংলা ডেস্ক: গাজায় মানবিক সহায়তার প্রবেশাধিকারে আরোপিত বিধিনিষেধ তুলে নিতে ইসরায়েলের প্রতি আহ্বান জানিয়েছেন জাতিসংঘে নিযুক্ত চীনের স্থায়ী প্রতিনিধি ফু ছোং। একই সঙ্গে তিনি এই অঞ্চলে একটি ব্যাপক ও স্থায়ী যুদ্ধবিরতি প্রতিষ্ঠার গুরুত্বের ওপর জোর দেন। মধ্যপ্রাচ্য পরিস্থিতি নিয়ে জাতিসংঘের নিরাপত্তা পরিষদের এক উন্মুক্ত বিতর্কে ফু ছোং বলেন, বর্তমান পরিস্থিতিতে জরুরি কাজ হলো শান্তি বজায় রাখা এবং সকল সহিংসতা বন্ধ করা। তিনি উল্লেখ করেন, ফিলিস্তিন প্রশ্নই মধ্যপ্রাচ্য সংকটের মূল কেন্দ্রবিন্দু। এ প্রেক্ষাপটে আন্তর্জাতিক সম্প্রদায়কে ঐক্যবদ্ধ হয়ে ফিলিস্তিন প্রশ্নের একটি ন্যায্য ও স্থায়ী সমাধানে এগিয়ে আসার আহ্বান জানান তিনি। গাজায় যুদ্ধ-পরবর্তী ব্যবস্থাপনা প্রসঙ্গে ফু বলেন, গাজার ভবিষ্যৎ সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো ব্যবস্থা অবশ্যই ‘ফিলিস্তিনিরা ফিলিস্তিন শাসন করবে’ নীতির সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হতে হবে। জেনিফার/ফয়সল তথ্য ও ছবি: সিসিটিভি Chinese envoy urges Israel to lift restrictions on humanitarian access in Gaza A Chinese envoy on Wednesday urged Israel to lift the restrictions on humanitarian access in Gaza, while calling for promoting a comprehensive and lasting ceasefire in the region. China calls on all relevant parties, especially Israel, to fully comply with the ceasefire agreement, said Fu. "The humanitarian situation in Gaza remains critical, with access to humanitarian supplies severely restricted. We urge Israel to fulfill its obligations under the international humanitarian law by opening all crossing points, lifting restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid, and halting suppression of humanitarian organizations," Fu stressed. Noting the post-war arrangements for Gaza are closely linked to the political settlement of the Palestinian question, Fu said that any future arrangements for Gaza must uphold the principle of "the Palestinians governing Palestine", respect Palestinians' aspirations, take into account the legitimate concerns of Middle East countries, and align with the two-state solution.
